1. Who we are
Triangulate ("we", "us") provides an AI generation platform that fuses outputs from multiple frontier AI models. This policy explains what we collect when you use the service.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in profile if you use it).
- Generations: the prompts you submit and the outputs returned (text, code, images, audio, video, search results).
- Billing data: credit balance, transaction history, and Stripe customer/session IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, modality used, credits spent, errors) for debugging and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
To deliver generations, manage your credit balance, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
4. Third-party AI providers
Prompts are sent to AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, fal.ai) and to SerpAPI for web search. They process the data under their own terms. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal data you don't have the right to share.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on our managed cloud backend with row-level security. Access is restricted to your authenticated account.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@triangulate.app. Deleting your account erases your generations and balances; transaction records may be retained for legal/accounting reasons.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage for authentication and session state. No advertising trackers.
8. Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be announced in-app.
