1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Triangulate, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Triangulate is an AI generation platform that produces text, code, images, audio, video, and web-search summaries by combining multiple AI models. Outputs are generated by third-party AI providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
3. Accounts
You must be 13+ (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
4. Credits and payments
- The service runs on a prepaid credit system. Each generation deducts a fixed number of credits (text/code/image: 1, voice/sfx/search: 2, music: 5, video: 20).
- Credits are sold in packs via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.
- Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire while your account is active.
- New accounts may receive promotional credits which may be revoked for abuse.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Triangulate to generate or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, infringes IP, or violates a third party's rights.
- Is sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or that targets a real person without consent.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal weapons.
- Is malware, phishing, spam, or designed to deceive.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund for credits used in violation.
6. Ownership of outputs
Subject to the underlying AI providers' terms, you own the outputs you generate from your prompts and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms and applicable law. We claim no ownership of your prompts or outputs.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or hallucinations. Do not use them as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triangulate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. Unused, paid credits remain available until your account is closed; see the Refund Policy for refund rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
