Refund Policy

1. Digital nature of credits
Triangulate credits are a digital product that you can spend immediately on AI generations. Each generation incurs real costs from third-party AI providers, so credit purchases are generally non-refundable once granted to your account.
2. When we DO refund
- Unused credits, within 14 days: If you bought a credit pack and haven't spent any of it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Service failure: If a generation fails due to a bug on our side and credits aren't automatically returned, we'll refund the credits used.
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges: Email us with the Stripe receipt and we'll investigate and refund if confirmed.
- Statutory rights: If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction (e.g. the EU/UK) with a mandatory withdrawal right, we honor it. Note: starting an AI generation is treated as beginning the supply of digital content, which may waive that right for the credits you've spent.
3. When we DON'T refund
- Credits already spent on successful generations, including outputs you didn't like or chose not to use.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Promotional/free credits granted by us.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except for the cases listed in section 2.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@triangulate.app from the address on your account with:
- Your Stripe receipt or order ID,
- The reason for the request.
We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
